Having Trouble With Your Download?

I completed my purchase but cannot find my download. +
Check the email address used during checkout and look for the digital delivery message associated with your order. Also check spam or junk folders. If your download is still unavailable, contact us with your order number.
My file downloaded as a ZIP file. What do I do? +
ZIP files contain one or more files packaged together. Extract or unzip the folder using your device's built-in extraction feature before opening the individual files.
Why can’t I open the file? +
Make sure your device or software supports the file type included with the product. Some SVG, template or design files require compatible software before they can be edited.
Can I download my purchase on a phone or tablet? +
Many files can be downloaded on mobile devices, but some ZIP files or design formats may be easier to manage on a desktop or laptop computer.
Can you send me a physical copy? +
Digital download listings include electronic files only unless the individual product listing specifically states otherwise.
